Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are processed within 3–4 business days unless otherwise noted. You’ll receive a tracking number once your package is on its way.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. Orders ship via USPS or UPS. We don’t offer international shipping at this time.
If your order is time-sensitive, email hello@dwelden.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Please note:
- Once shipped, carrier delays or address errors are beyond our control
- Undeliverable packages may incur reshipment costs
- Lamps ship flat for protection and reduced footprint
- Assembly takes about 20 minutes, no tools needed
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel good living with our designs. If something’s not quite right, here’s what to know.
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unassembled, and returned in their original packaging with all parts included. Returns that don’t meet these standards may not be accepted or may be subject to a restocking fee.
- To start a return or exchange, email hello@dwelden.com with your order number and reason for return.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Handmade, custom, and limited-edition pieces are final sale
- Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
- For damaged items, email photos within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right
- Refunds are issued after inspection
- Assembled or used pieces aren’t eligible for return
Before assembling, please confirm your order is correct and complete. Once panels or parts are assembled, the item is considered used.
