Product Details

What materials are the lamps made of?
Each lamp is crafted with a maple wood base, jacron fiber shade, and rubber fittings. Jacron is a vegan, leather-like material made from cellulose, water, and natural rubber fibers, giving our lamp shades a soft yet durable finish.

Do the lamps arrive assembled?
No. Lamps require simple, tool-free self-assembly that takes about 20 minutes.

Is a bulb included?
No, bulbs are not included. We recommend an LED bulb with warm light, E26 base and 60W max or equivalent.

Can I use a smart bulb or dimmer?
Yes. Our lamps are compatible with most standard smart bulbs. If using a dimmer, ensure the bulb is dimmable and matches your setup.

What outlets are they compatible with?
All lamps are wired for standard U.S. outlets (120V).

Are the lamps safe for daily use?
Each lamp includes an LED-compatible, UL listed cord set. For safety, we recommend turning off your lamp when unattended.

 

 

Packaging & Shipping

What is your minimum order?
Opening orders require 10 units. Reorders have a lower minimum of 5 units.

What is your lead time?
Standard lead time is 3 weeks, depending on order size. Rush options may be available upon request.

Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from Ojai, California.

What is your return or damage policy?
Returns are accepted for damaged items within 7 days of delivery. Handmade and limited-quantity items are final sale unless defective.

 

 

Retail & Display

How should we display the lamps in-store?
Lamps can be shown assembled on a shelf or table with a bulb installed. We also provide merchandising imagery and styling guides to support your displays.

Do you provide marketing materials?
Yes. We offer product photography, assembly videos, and customer care instructions.

 

 

Miscellaneous

Are the materials eco-friendly?
Yes. All lamps are made from largely recyclable materials with minimal plastic use.

Do you offer payment terms?
Payment is due upon shipment. Net 30 terms are available for repeat stockists.

Can we request custom colors or finishes?
For larger wholesale orders, we can discuss custom options. Please reach out with your ideas.
